Lise Lindvig aims to dispatch orders received before 12pm the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next day.
Lise Lindvig arranged delivery with Post Danmark (unless other is stated) to the receiver on the date stated in the order. Delivery in time is subject to Post Danmark keeping their delivery terms. In special cases with very delayed goods or missed goods Lise Lindvig will of course send the order again on our account if the goods is stil available.
Complaints about any faults or deficiencies that should be noticed by inspecting the goods are to be informed to Lise Lindvig within a reasonable time frame. It can either be returned for repair, replacement or if necessary credited to your credit card if the other is not possible. In warranty cases Lise Lindvig will hold the shipping costs within a reasonable level.

Returning of goods is also to this address - please note that we do not receive parcels which are send on COD. Returning of goods can also happen by refusing to receive the delivery or by delivering the goods personally to us. It is not a requirement but the expedition will be faster if adequate information is provided - such as copy of the order confirmation and account number where the payment should be returned to.
In case of agreed discounts, returned merchandise or prepaid items are canceled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by bank transfer, and Lise Lindvig therefore need information about your bank account number. This information is not sensitive, and may be disclosed at. email or other traditional correspondence.
There are 14 days to return the goods, counting from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the product in the same condition and quantity as you received them. Once the goods have been returned and approved, the purchase price refunded to your account within days. Cost for the return, you must bear.
